Ministry Leaders

Pastor Chad and his family  moved to the Winchester, VA area in 2018 when called to Pastor Heritage. He holds a BA in Biblical Studies,  a Master of Divinity, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree as well. He has a heart for verse by verse preaching of the Bible and to love people the way Jesus would.

At Heritage Nathaniel once spent time as a part of our teen group and has recently stepped into leading it. He also serves as a deacon and oversees our A/V ministry. He is a native of the Shenandoah Valley and has a heart for apologetics and helping young  people find the answers to life from the Word of God. 

Jennifer serves Heritage as an Administrative Assistant to Pastor Chad as well as leading our Women's ministry. She is a trusted counselor too many women in our church as well. She works hard to see that Heritage is a place that is welcoming and caring for people from all walks of life. When not serving at Heritage she is a wife and mother of two boys, one of which is special needs. 

Melissa  serves Heritage as our KidsMin director overseeing our all of our children's ministries through the fifth grade.  Her energetic personality coupled with her love for God and children from all walks of life make her a perfect fit. When not serving at Heritage she is a wife and mother of five children.
